Sourdough Rye with Coriander
INGREDIENTS: Organic whole rye flour, water, organic unenriched, unbleached flour
(wheat flour, malted barley flour), organic molasses, organic sunflower oil, sea salt, and organic coriander seed.
European style Rye with Ground Coriander. Naturally fermented sourdough, without yeast and without sugar used, just a natural starter. It makes nice Reuben and salmon sandwiches, great meal accompaniment, and excellent for dips.
