We don't sell from the bakery unless, by a confirmed appointment, we bake all night and distribute to the select local stores in the morning. 

See the 'Baking Schedule' section for the stores where we deliver in the morning; check the BAKED ON date on the loaf when purchasing. For storage, change the original perforated bag for an airtight one to prevent it from drying out, refrigerating, or freezing; seal it airtight.
